Lasalle’s Arts trip to Toronto/Niagara Falls April 22-24th, 2014

This year's trip started off with a tour of the Arts Gallery of Ontario AGO. We viewed the works of Francis Bacon and Henry Moore. We then had a group meal at Jack Astor’s on John Street, followed by an evening of Dixie Land music put on by the Toronto Symphony. Our coach picked us up at the Roy Thompson Hall and we proceeded to Niagara Falls to check in at the Americana Hotel.

It is with happiness, pride, and a touch of melancholy that the Lasalle Theatre Company concludes its 2014 performance of “Ten Lost Years,” a play about life during the Canadian Great Depression.

Lasalle’s Art’s Banquet

This year’s Art’s Banquet was another huge success. Over 80 were in attendance at the Timberwolf golf club. The evening’s meal was a half chicken dinner, followed by the awards presentations finishing with a dance featuring our resident DJ, Ivan. Check out our students and teachers in the slide show of the event. Unfortunately we didn’t have any shots of the dance part of the evening. All I can say is that everyone in the room was dancing and having a great time.
